Continuing this summer's Food and Faith forum series, food writer and cookbook author Joan Nathan will introduce us to Jewish cuisine and its importance in the faith. Nathan is a frequent contributor to The New York Times and other publications. She is the author of eleven books, including "Jewish Cooking in America" and "The New American Cooking," both of which won James Beard Awards.
