History of Latino Ministry in the Episcopal Church
St. Alban’s is honored to host the 2025 Episcopal Tri-History Conference from June 17 to June 20. As part of this meaningful gathering, we warmly invite you to attend two special events next week:
- Wednesday, June 18 | 5:30–10:00 p.m.: Join us for a keynote banquet featuring The Rev. Dr. Anthony Guillén, recently retired Missioner for Latino/Hispanic Ministries of The Episcopal Church. His address will reflect on the contributions and legacy of Latino ministry within the Church. The evening will include a banquet, followed by music and dancing. Location: Glover Park Hotel (a short walk from the Cathedral) Cost: $80 per person (includes banquet and keynote address) To register or learn more, visit trihistory.org.
- Thursday, June 19 | 12:30–3:00 p.m.: Attend a free public lecture and book signing with journalist and author Ray Suarez. His presentation, titled “Demography, Geography, and Destiny,” will be followed by a book signing. You may bring your own copy or purchase one at the event. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. Register at trihistory.org.
We hope you will join us for these opportunities to celebrate, reflect, and engage with the history of Latino ministry in the Episcopal Church.
