Children’s Chapel meets at the start of the 9:00 a.m. service in Nourse Hall.
The liturgy of the Episcopal Church is active and participatory. In Children’s Chapel, our younger worshippers experience worship at their pace and in their language, through story, prayer and singing. Parents share in the leadership of the service. Children’s Chapel is held every Sunday in Nourse Hall, running concurrently with the lessons, sermon and prayers of the 9:00 a.m. (10:00 a.m. in the summer) service. The children join the congregation in "big church" at the Peace, in time for the Eucharist. All children are welcome; a parent usually remains with his or her own child under age three.
