Director of Operations
Charles is an experienced church administrator and a musician. He oversees the maintenance of our buildings and grounds, maintains the church calendar, and reserves space for meetings and events. He also oversees communications and maintains our membership database.

Doug is the contact for questions about pledging and contributing to St. Alban's. Talk to Doug about matching gifts, foundation grants, gifts of securities, bequests, the Phoebe Nourse Legacy Society. Doug oversees the church's finances, including the operating budget, endowment and reserve fund.
Parish and Youth Program Administrator
Renèe comes to us with five years of experience as a Parish Administrator. She prepares all service bulletins, announcements and This Week @ St. Alban's and maintains the church office. She also assists the Rector in the administration of the youth program.
Director of Music

Justin joined the staff in August 2016 as our part-time music director, working with our choirs. A composer, professor, pianist, and organist, Justin is a member of the music faculty at Montgomery College in Rockville. He previously served as Director of Music at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Baltimore.
Lay Pastoral Care Coordinator

Jo has spent the last 35 years working in hospice, palliative care and grief support. As a volunteer, she has been a Stephen Ministry Leader here at St. Alban's. This new staff position integrates her faith journey and her passion for community caregiving. Jo coordinates care for the sick, the homebound, and those experiencing other needs.
Armando and his wife, Virginia, keep our buildings looking great. They help set up for parish events, from the weekly Sunday forums to special occasions like the annual Gala and Christmas Dinner.
