Ushers
Ushers assist with regular Sunday services and other services as needed.
In many ways, the ushers are the “face” of the church, the first ones that people see when they arrive and the last ones they see as they leave.
Ushers get the church ready for worship, making sure hymnals and prayer books are in place. They hand out bulletins, take up the collection, and help worshipers know when to go up for communion. At crowded services, they help people find seats.
Adults and youth are welcome to serve as ushers. For more information or to volunteer contact Marty Kerns (8:00 a.m.), Hollis McLoughlin (9:00 a.m.) or Ruth Cline (11:15 a.m.).
